Yoga & Meditation Center Calgary (YogaMCC) began two decades ago in 2002. It is Calgary's oldest yoga and meditation studio. Our Marda Loop location has served members for over 20 years. When you arrive at our studio, you know you are someplace special. We may already know your name, but if we don't, we want to. We strive to understand our students' goals and intentions to help them achieve them. Life is full of unexpected occurrences. Taking responsibility for your mental state and actively enhancing it is possible.
