Capital City Gymnastics Centre (CCGC) boasts over 45 years of history and experience. Capital City Gymnastics is a caring gymnastics club for all ages. Gymnastics Centres have fun, and supportive atmosphere that has given many gymnasts the chance to be involved in the sports while pursuing their goals in the sport. This non-profit association invites everyone in Capital to partake of gymnastics. The program provides a variety of preschool classes for children. In our clubs, children can be gently guided by their parents. We also offer classes for older children, from 1st to 5th grade, who are entering rookie competitions. This structure meets your needs as your child grows. This program is based on a parent-led approach to problem-solving. Our Parent and Tot Coach will guide your child and you through various circuits and activities to help your child learn fundamental gymnastics skills. The child uses the equipment while the parent learns the foundational gymnastics skills with them.
