Chartwell Heritage Valley is the ideal place to live. It boasts modern architecture, appealing décor, and a serene natural environment. This combined with the neighborhood's natural beauty makes the retirement home a great place to live. Overlooking the pond, all of our common areas provide beautiful views. South Edmonton's Heritage Valley neighborhood also features banks, grocery stores, banks, and restaurants. Our residents can walk around the pond or use public transportation on the park-like paths. Walking trails are available if you want to explore nature. Your car can be parked in the heated underground garage before driving to South Edmonton Common, Southgate Shopping mall, or Gateway Boulevard.

The home is built in a scenic location, which helps in improving the home's aesthetics, and it is equipped with many amenities and activities to make sure that the clients feel at home. The environment is clean, and the food is excellent, according to the customers. The above is my personal opinion based on what I have gathered from the several customers that I have interacted with during my research.

When Dad died, we moved Mom to her new home at Chartwell, she was resident number 7 in this new build at the time. She immediately loved the new building, fresh open spaces, her beautiful unit, backyard pond and the wonderful staff. She felt comfortable, safe and included. She attended all the recreational activities and raved about the food provided. Sadly, we lost mom this year to old age, but we are all grateful to Chartwell for providing Mom a wonderful home for her last six years. We highly recommend Chartwell Heritage and truly thank all the staff for their caring and love throughout the years.
