PREDATORY RENTAL COMPANY!
- Stole $800 in bogus fees from our security deposit when the house was completely cleaned by us
- Sent the remainder of our security deposit by mail 3 weeks after our move out date (which is illegal to do in Alberta by the way!)
- Slow, and sometimes REFUSE to fix things such as door locks.
- All company staff I emailed or spoke to were condescending, rude, or straight up lied to my face
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE VULTURES!
I had a very bad experience with this company and there is no one available to communicate with. When I called I got transferred to staff who are out of city or of the country; I left messages and no callbacks! They responded very late to any repair request that they added its cost to the monthly rent! I dont how they wanna provide customer service to their tenants!!! Zero professionalism! They added $250 to my townhome rent without any notice. When I moved out they took my deposit and they charged me extra $1080! The agent who did the inspection bullied me as she was so rude and did the inspection with her feet; she was kicking the doors and the drawers! When I emailed their president about my concerns, she copied/pasted all related regulations and laws in a confusing language that I felt that she meant to email to someone else. Are there any laws that protect us from these guys who are taking advantage from the housing issue we have in this province?? I am requesting the government to legislate and apply a rent control! I dont recommend this company!
