Watch this company. Instead of making a courtesy call when your fees are overdue they make money placing a caveat on your property. They bear no responsibility for emails not coming through to you about overdue fees. Its easier for them, and more fees for them, if they cant get ahold of you and they place a caveat on you. They claim it is against their company policy to make phone calls on overdue accounts! This can lead to scams and abuse if they rely on emails to notify a resident, especially when the emails don't come through
