Yoga warms my heart. We offer both warm and gentle yoga classes. Our studio provides beginner and advanced practitioners a selection of courses. The studio is newly decorated with an airy and bright atmosphere to cater for your needs and comfort. The Yoga Room with Infrared Heating is spacious and inviting. The Tea Lounge, where you can unwind and share a laugh or a cup of tea or coffee, is available. We have locker rooms with changing areas for all your relaxation needs. Come see us sometime.
