They were impressed with the way the staff reacted to that. The fire caused her vaporizer to smoke. But she got her lock replaced. That was a bonus, because she never actually had a membership. Another reviewer specifically praised Erica, the general manager. They said that she demonstrated an excellent attitude. The other gym users also say that the equipment and the cleanliness are very good. Almost all the reviews point out how nice the building is. Most of the reviewers also got training.
