Our hot water tank stopped working! Called Hermes plumbing and they took our concerns seriously. We mentioned we had very young children and needed the water back on ASAP. They accommodated us and had people come right away. Had Horus and Eli come in and did a very professional job. They were very cautious removing and bringing down the big water tanks down a narrow stairway that turns. We have had it running now with no issues and the install looks very clean. No mess when they left and were very friendly.
