Our hot water tank stopped working! Called Hermes plumbing and they took our concerns seriously. We mentioned we had very young children and needed the water back on ASAP. They accommodated us and had people come right away. Had Horus and Eli come in and did a very professional job. They were very cautious removing and bringing down the big water tanks down a narrow stairway that turns. We have had it running now with no issues and the install looks very clean. No mess when they left and were very friendly.
I was very impressed with the service and quality of work done by Hermes Plumbing. I had a leaking sink and two toilets that were giving me troubles. They were able to repair everything and go beyond my expectations, by not just fixing the problem but replacing other things that would have had them back a couple months down the road. I will be using Hermes for all my plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a plumber.
