North Edmonton Gymnastics prides itself on the belief that exercise, competition, and teamwork build character. Gymnastics can be a sport for life for everyone, so we encourage all members to participate in gymnastics throughout their lives.   The Program Ladies' Artistic Gymnastics (FIG Level 1-9) In this program, your athlete will train strength, conditioning, flexibility, skill development, and coordination on 4 ladies' apparatus (vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise) as well as routine composition to prepare for competition circumstances. Athletes are eligible to participate in competitions across Alberta, such as Northern Zones and Alberta Winter Games.
