Phoenix Gymnastics is an all-year recreation organization that accommodates everyone, regardless of ability or age. To participate in gymnastics lessons, all individuals should have an Alberta Gymnastics Federation ($59 plus tax) membership. The mandatory and non-refundable individual participant membership expires every year on June 30, 2018. Participant insurance and administration fees are included in the recreation membership costs. This membership is not subject to proration and is a flat rate. Phoenix Gymnastics offers a fun adult gymnastics program that is excellent for lifelong activity. GymFit features a variety of exercises that enhance agility, balance, and coordination, as well as spatial awareness. Skills are taught at all levels through challenging, attainable steps. Experience is not necessary.

However, an opinion against one staff member is evident, but with all the other positive ones, it does not seem to reflect the gym.
