1 in 10 Kids participate in Swim Gym, Edmonton's Most Loved Children's Sport Swim Gym is developed by Olympic and International coaches to help increase sport performance. Strength, endurance and flexibility, speed and aerobic capacity are all improved. Swim Gym provides swimming and diving lessons along with trampoline, gymnastics, and other fun fitness activities. Swim Gym members are swimming against a trend of reduced physical activity in children. Swim Gym is intended for children aged 6-13, when motor learning and physical development are at their highest. I learned how to do it in three hours. Skill development and physical activity should be completed in this time. Switching sports every 45 minutes is possible. You can challenge your mind and body in different ways by doing so. Switching sports is not only fun but also provides new challenges and enjoyable experiences. Swim Gym graduates are National Sport Champions, or International competitors. All Swim Gym alumni have improved their physical fitness and found the joys of sport.
