Too much money 2. Could not recommend Spraggs Law enough, especially Michael Liu, who has been my lawyer for the last 8 years on an ICBC motor vehicle accident case. Michael has been professional, kind, and incredibly supportive from start to finish, as has the rest of the team at Spraggs. They handled all appointment and communication with ICBC on my behalf, so I never had to stress about adjusters or logistics. Michael’s real forte is his ability to explain very complex legal terminology, procedures, and processes in a way that a regular person could understand. This was the first time I dealt with any situation like this, and it was all new to me. It takes a different kind of expertise and patience to ensure a person outside the legal industry fully understands every step that needs to be taken, and Michael was outstanding in that aspect. Through all my questions, he was quick to respond and never once made me feel like I was pestering him or just trying to get a free ride, which is rare, especially over such a long period. When I first walked in there, my lawyer Micheal used to always doubt my case or the accident until i won the case only because of my doctor’s brief report about my injury. They earned a huge amount of money from the case they didn’t even trust lol. Also their communication was really annoying most of the times, because they reply back or contact you at the late reply. Most of the times I had to send two or more emails to contact with them. And in phone calls when I asked them why you guys don’t reply to emails, they(the owner) got angry and aggressive saying that why do we complain. The owner even suggested us to change the farm when asked about delayed reply, which was really rude. There were other issues too which I don’t even want to discuss here. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going this firm at all.14. I am grateful to Spraggs Law and the team, who guided me through a very difficult and time-sensitive situation quickly and completely.
