Client Testimonial Highlights: Nick and crew were extremely patient to get us through the loops and details in the provincial grant, making sure before commencing work that we qualified. They were very punctual, but the grant took 3 months to come through. Would highly recommend. Comfort Tech Heating & Cooling very disappointed. We have been customers for over 6 years and pay for total comfort twice yearly furnace and AC Maintenance plan last, The plan apparently “lapsed” last November after our last visit as “we declined due to household not being home.” Interestingly, there was no issue automatically charging a credit card for the visit but not to continue the plan, which we have always been on. However, we never received a follow-up call to ask if we would like to restart the plan. I called in March to book the spring servicing assuming I was still on the plan (since Comfort Tech never bothers to proactively call to book clients in) and was told we were no longer on the plan and only way to restart was to pay over $200 for the next visit + the usual yearly plan fee. ComfortTech installed a new 3 head split system for us and it's better than expected. Nick was very thorough with the initial inspection and quotes, outlining everything we should expect with the install. The crew took 2.5 days for our fairly big job, everyone was very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job hiding all the conduit and wiring within the walls. I was given a window of 8-10 am of when the Technician (Mike) would arrive. he arrived at 08:00 on the dot which was much appreciated. He did a great job and I was very happy with the service. The office staff & booking process was also very positive.
