My husband and I bought a new house, and we knew close to nothing about our heating and AC unit. But the workers were glad to educate us on what works best for our system! Highly recommended. I recently had Reliance Mechanical service my furnaces, air conditioners, and service and repair two ductless splits. From the beginning, booking was easy, and they scheduled me very fast. Their technician was on time, professional, and respectful during the visit. The technician explained the problems and demonstrated how they would complete the work. They completed the repairs and service quickly, and everything has been functioning fine. The technician also ensured the areas were clean and organized. I recommend Reliance Mechanical to anyone looking for reliable and professional services. Reliance has been useful on several projects. Daina and her crew at Wightman/Reliance constantly go above and beyond to take care of our home. We've utilized them a few times now, and have always been amazed at their excellent service. Our first encounter was an emergency with a leaking hot water tank, and they had it running and tidied in a few hours! Impressive, and that is why they will ALWAYS be my first and ONLY call. I am confused and feeling disrespected. We had cordial back and forth over email to arrange for a regular estimate, and then they failed to show up, failed to notify me or respond to my polite email. How do they have good reviews? This is more than a mix up, it's an active refusal of service in a rude way. I recommend based on customer service alone. I was quoted $99+tax but was charged $109+tax. A minor repair was $50. I was there for the service, and no repairs were completed. As the tech's notes, no action could be taken, only a recommendation that it might have been the door. I also didn't get a new filter and the 'minor repair' cost was not clear. I wouldn't have recommended this company based on this experience. However Sweden called me to amend things, and I loved their professionalism. I appreciated a company that can fix...
