Payne & Associates: Customer feedback summary: We had a horrible experience with the phone service. Horrible first impression. The person on the phone was making a noise thought the conversation and answered a simple question about the price with 'shop around if you don't like it' attitude. A sad way to start business. We did go with his advice and found another business. We are sad to see such services giving such bad impression, and we thought to give a chance. There was no service or respect. Don't know who I spoke to however he was very cold. Not taking my business here. I had a really great experience. Fast and reasonably priced. Very exceptional and professional. Nothing fancy but they did what they said and closed on the exact date and amount they quoted. We had a 2 week timeframe to close mortgage and they did it! I had called 5 other law firms before. Payne and Associates were much more cost effective. Thank you for your assistance Mr Payne. Really rude. Spent about 15 minutes discussing my mothers estate answering all of the questions regarding probate, confirming it completed 6 weeks ago, went to go ahead and book an appointment for the time I had told him I would be flying into town and now after 20 minutes on the phone he says he doesn’t book 2 weeks in advance (though most notaries are booked 2 weeks out) and to call when I get into town and he’ll see if he can squeeze me in. It’s two weeks before my trip, I’ve purchased a flight and he said he doesn’t book that far in advance?! I can and will call another notary of course, but he was extremely rude. Then he said, it’s actually that he may be booking a vacation…which is of course wonderful but he could have just said that from the beginning and saved me some time.
