Feedback Compilation: Feedback 1: A+ Feedback 2: Mr. Gurm Pandher of Dexter Property Management has been our property manager of a 5th-floor condominium unit at the corner of W. 12th Avenue, and Heather Street, Vancouver, B.C., since January of 2018. Since then he has helped us through many typical, and several extraordinary incidents that arose while keeping the unit functioning very well and the tenants happy. There have been challenges with 3 tenant changes, problem appliances, and general maintenance of the unit to deal with, not forgetting coordination with the strata management. Mr. Pandher took all this in stride with ease, providing a high level of professional service. Needless to say, we would have been at a loss, or at least hard-pressed to keep up with the requirements on our own. I have come to rely on this support and have total confidence in his property management skills, experience, and knowledge and the network of maintenance professionals he can grab on short notice. Happy tenants, well kept profitable condo unit, and peace of mind since 2018 knowing that Gurm was on our side. Highly recommend him for property management.
