We spent THREE WEEKS playing hot potato with viewings and negotiations because they were sunshine and lollipops — "you're our dream tenant" — during the flirty honeymoon phase. But as soon as the rental app was accepted, the contract came out, and it was a Trojan horse full of red flags. The addendums, besides the boring old RTA stuff, were a clown car of illegalities and renter-mugging clauses. When AI analyzed the mess, it yelled RUN! When we pointed it out to Alex, he went Hulk in defense mode. As we tried to make corrections, he ghosted faster than a bad Tinder date. Renters, AI-scan contracts or kiss your rights goodbye faster than a magician's rabbit. Don't get played!11.
