go2HR is the BC tourism and hospitality workers’ association, also called the Tourist and Hospitality Human Resource and Safety Association. It is the all-encompassing resource for employers, providing the tools necessary to create high-performing businesses using human resources, safety, and management programs. The company's goal in the industry is to deliver information to employers and tools to enhance their HR, health, and safety in the workplace and provide education and training to recover current and future workforces. Go2HR also acts as an information resource for the public and stakeholders. For corporate clients and HR issues like retention and recruitment, go2HR’s website go2hr.ca, an e-newsletter, and articles in industry magazines provide information. They also speak frequently at business and industry events and have conferences. They help identify, predict and rectify current and future labor shortages. They also sponsor the Employees' First Award to commend BC tourism companies with exceptional HR practices and leadership.
