Bincy George DOC and Lisa Verrelli should be of complete shame of themselves to how they treat family members and should be FIRED from VCH. The lies and manipulation that has gone on would get anyone fired. My family almost died with Bincy lying to outside VCH staff and to my family to cover up her own negligence and lack of ability/skills to deal with issues and when I asked other staff they told me to ask Bincy which should speak in a commanding voice that they have no plans to help the relative under their care. Bincy has been directing Lisa since Bincy has been there for years longer. She treats family like crap and I would not recommend your family member be there. Be on the look out for medical negligence of care and ask questions. Stolen property and not giving patients medication is just a few issues. Seeing patients looking dead without telling the families is not the only other issue of concern.
