2% Jazz Coffee

Founded in 1996, 2% Jazz Coffee started as an outdoor kiosk known for its great coffee. We subsequently opened the café several feet away from the kiosk following many years of fighting against inclement weather. We wanted to capitalize on the thriving community around the kiosk and create a welcoming, warm, and laid back space where individuals could unwind, have fun, and transfer these emotions to the rest of their day. Since then, the coffee shop has grown to become the hub of relaxation and joy in Victoria. You can unwind, drink a fresh macchiato or americano, and have a good time chatting with your buddies. This café brings a lot of joy! We saw that we needed greater coffee program control to ensure excellent customer service. We started roasting our beans in 2006. The Roastery, located at the core of the Hudson District, a redevelopment zone, started in 2012. Our company's tradition of engagement in local matters, community events, and long-term commitment to the area informed this decision.
