Outreach Services Clinic is Victoria’s leading Opiate Addiction treatment clinic. It was formerly known as the Victoria Methadone Clinic and is located in Fernwood, Victoria. The Outreach Services Clinic was initially established to provide opiate substitution therapy (methadone or Suboxone) in combination with counseling services to assist in your recovery.
