I contacted 5 roofing companies to get an estimate for a roof replacement. 2 companies never replied. 2 other companies made arrangements to show up and then forgot to show up and had to reschedule. And then i had to chase after them to get the estimate. Vintage roofing was very responsive and communicative. Showed up quickly and when they said they would. Estimate came in next day and was in line with other 2 estimates, actually a few hundred dollars less.
Original roof did not have enough vents. Mark took the time to explain to me what was required for the replacement roof. Trailer for old roof debis was delivered Friday afternoon, roofers showed up Saturday morning, worked all day then returned Sunday to finish the job and by Monday afternoon the trailer was picked up. I REALLY apprecoated the responsiveness and communication from Vintage Roofing. These guys did a great job!!
