Volunteer Victoria

At Volunteer Victoria, we encourage, raise, and support new generations of volunteer leaders. We offer tools and training support for groups and projects led by volunteers and provide opportunities not found anywhere else in Greater Victoria. We are a registered charity. As uninvited visitors, we live, work and volunteer on the ancestral territory of the Songhees and Esquimalt Nations. We extend gratitude and respect to the Lekwungen people who serve as our neighbors and leaders. Our work would not be possible without generations of Indigenous, First Nations, and Metis peoples. They have been an inspiration to us all and continue the journey toward reconciliation and truth. Volunteering in Victoria strives to create a safe space for everyone where they feel included, heard, and respected.
