Very disappointed with their service!! I recently brought my two children in for an assessment to determine which level they should be placed in so they can commence semi private lessons. My kids have been swimming for years, very confident and capable in the water, front and back crawl, breaststroke, treading water and diving etc. A couple of days following the assessment, the company emailed me and explained that one of my kids is to start at RSS 3 and the other in RSS 4. When reading up on the skills being learned in these levels, they are for kids just learning to swim on their own??? I emailed them back explaining that this could not be right and never heard back. It is a money grab…..just be aware of how your littles are progressing in their programs…..and with so many groups being taught at once in this L shaped pool, how do kids grow in lane swim endurance and in other skills as there is barely any room to move around. With the fees being charged, this is unacceptable!
