Green Brand Windows and Doors Inc.

We are happy with our choice to choose Green Brand Windows and Doors. Our home is a house built in 1945 and we wanted to keep its character as much as possible when replacing the original windows and doors. Anders was thorough and knowledgeable in his consultation. He did not put down or slander other companies competing for the same job, like some others had done. He was very professional and explained the differences in product, price differences and ensuring us that the products we chose was Canadian. We did have to wait for replies at times but after going through the entire process and understanding the care Anders and his team takes in their work, it is understandable. The crew that came for the final measurements were polite and we barely knew they were there. When the crew arrived for the install, I was nervous due to it being winter and not knowing if we would have issues with the windows and doors after. The crew were fun to have around, polite and were willing to work with us around our schedule and kids. We were warned before work started about the trim we picked not being as wide as the previous, which would require us to do some touch-up jobs. We were grateful for the heads-up. At the end of each day the team cleaned to area, vacuumed and wiped everything down. The end product is beautiful. We have had no issues with any of the windows or doors, even with the current thaw. We were complimented on the upgrades and everyone especially loves the new stylish front door. Melyssa at the office is very friendly and quick in her responses. We needed some changes to the invoice for our government loan and rebates and she was great to deal with. She had the changes done within an hour. Thank you Anders and the team at Green Brand.
