Hands down the WORST customer service EVER! received an email saying "service completed" which would lead anyone to think....YUP, the service was completed. Then tried calling and chatting in inquire which is like trying to talk to the President, GOOD LUCK! When we finally did get through we were met with absolute contempt and rudeness. This business used to be professional and cared about their customers, now, its as if its an inconvenience for them to have to deal with a customer. If we could give less than one star we would. So many great lawn care companies out there that actually appreciate you business. Go for one of those!
