NEIGHBOURHOOD EMPOWERMENT AND RESOURCE CENTRE INCORPORATED: Is a non-profit in the Winnipeg area for newcomer youths. Headquarters in Winnipeg, showcases that they can engage and work with young people when launching diverse projects within a remarkably short period. Developed the Manitoba Youth Forum pilot alongside Indigenous Organizations and other collaborators, aimed at reconciling and integrated Newcomer youths. NEARC Inc. will champion Calls to Action # 93 while educating newcomers to better reflect the complex history of Canada's Aboriginal Peoples through Treaty information, knowledge of the Treaties, and the history of residential schools. YOU-LEAD: This institution links youth from different backgrounds and affords them the space to form leadership skills, inspire active community participation, and encourage civic engagement through: Ensuring the youth are confident Leadership skills are vital Can offer better knowledge of the world and change their local communities. NEARC Inc. is a coalition of various federal, provincial and international campaigns that seeks to mold the next generation of young leaders under 30 years in Manitoba passionate about making a difference.
