Roy Johnston TDS in Brandon and the Westman Region has built a solid reputation over 35 years. We plan to reinforce this reputation further. We are locally based in the Westman Region. Our team includes 15 lawyers and support staff and we operate out of our Brandon full-time office and our Boissevain part-time location. We serve individuals and small companies as well as larger companies such as financial institutions and developers. Located in these two offices, Roy Johnson TDS’s lawyers provide legal services in corporate and business law, financial services law, estate planning, family law and wills, real estate, and residential, commercial and agricultural law. We also provide legal services to local, national and international clients on employment and labour law issues. TDS Lawyers offer a comprehensive range of services covering all aspects of employment and labour law. Our lawyers represent our clients before the Manitoba Labour Board (MBL), the Canada Industrial Relations Board, and arbitration boards under collective agreements. Our attorneys draft and negotiate collective agreements. They also serve as representatives at the bargaining table and advise clients on their collective agreement’s meaning.
