Fit4Less
We're Canadian and we're darn proud of it! Fit4Less was created to make Canada strong, affordable, and happy. On the sunny Friday, April 11, 2011, our Mississauga site opened for business for the first time. It was a fantastic day and the rest is history. We now have more than 100 sites across Canada, so you're never far from a Fit4Less gym. A location close to you is always available for all your fitness needs, from visiting Peggy's Cove in Nova Scotia and skiing in British Columbia. Our gyms are welcoming, non-judgmental, and designed to make you feel comfortable. There's something for everyone at Fit4Less, whether you want to lose weight, get healthy, or relax. Your wallet will thank you, even though we can't offer the glamor and expense of a boutique gym.
Not sure where to start? One of our incredible hosts will guide and introduce you to the gym. Our goal is to make you feel at ease. Our gyms are made to make you feel at home, from our comfortable, simple 30-Minute Express CircuitTM to a wide range of weight and machine alternatives.

The cleanliness of showers is unacceptable. Dirt and hair sit in the shower for 3-4 days without being picked up.
They shut down showers too early if they close at 10 showers should be available till 9:45 but they stop at 9:30 or even earlier
Also after 9 pm can’t use massage chair or hydro bed . They can offer that upto 9:30 pm
Saturday also unstaffed hours are from 4 pm so showers and massage are shut by 3:20 pm
which is ridiculous!!!
