GoodLife Fitness was started on the lands of the Anishinaabek (Ah-nish-in-a-bek), Haudenosaunee (Ho-den-no-show-nee), Lunaapeewak (Len-ahpay- wuk) and Attawandaron (Add-a-won-da-run) Peoples, which are connected to the London Township and Sombra Treaties of 1796 and the Dish with One Spoon Covenant Wampum. The land where all GoodLife Fitness Clubs are situated is still home to several Indigenous Peoples, including First Nations, Inuit, and Metis, who we acknowledge as modern stewards and significant contributors to our society.

The reviews show that GoodLife Fitness Barrington has welcoming staff who are reasonably responsive. The gym is spacious, clean, and has a fantastic range of equipment, assuring all users have great workout sessions. There seems to be an ample supply of clean towels. The only challenge is that some equipment is located in different areas within. The location is convenient, with quick access at the bus stop. Despite the COVID-19 rules, there are still some restrictions. This gym is highly recommended as it offers a pleasant workout environment. The club has a membership policy and is not free to the public.
