Halifax Yoga Fitness & Wellness is the place for you. Established over 10 years ago, we have grown significantly since then and are now offering Baptiste-Inspired Power Vinyasa Yoga. Also, we are one of the very few studios in the region. Other weekly classes include Hot Yoga, Kundalini & Vinyasa Flows, Barre and Pilates, Yin and Hatha, Pre & Post Natal Yoga, Real Ryder Cycling, and Yin Yoga. There is Halifax Yoga's fantastic Yoga Teacher Training Program (YTT), which is 200 hours long. Internationally recognized Yoga School, Yoga Alliance, is offering this program. Our two Registered Massage Therapists are highly experienced and have excellent training. We have appointments available seven days per week, and we can direct bill to your insurance.
