About TAYS Yoga
TAYS Yoga began as a family-operated practice on Coburg Road, Halifax. Our Coburg Street space quickly outgrew, pushing us to seek and expand a more practical area. Now located along Quinpool Road, our premises have two available rooms where we provide our regular yoga classes. At the same time, our sister company, a health center, occupies another room. Our mission is to help you understand and enjoy your yoga experience with us. TAYS Yoga's "therapeutic" style sets us apart from the rest. We claim to be one of the most distinguished and long-running 200/500-hour teacher training courses in Atlantic Canada. Our school is rooted in Ahimsa, the Yamas, and Niyamas, focusing on skillful alignment and injury prevention from the perspectives of both Eastern and Western philosophies.
