SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

Public Reviews: The clerk at the office are very helpful and supportive of self-represented litigants. The work and effort put by employees' Canadian system of justice as presented by the staff help give direction and guidance through the demanding court processes. The clerks follow the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, key legal documents that protects the rights and freedoms of citizens or of a person from various forms of government oppression. All these new process leave someone self-representing with a considerable amount of anxiety and fear as solutions for their existing situations and problems that lead to court processes. The reviews show that when the technicalities of the court system is combined with the emotional intensity of family breakdown or civil dispute, the Canadian legal system has the self-represented in a daunting and disorienting position. However, it seems that staff at the court room provide a warm, friendly and neutral place to those, who are going through an unprecedented period full of emotional ups and downs. Their amiable, calm, uncomplicated, sympathetic and nonpartisan approach helps break down panic, fear, and confusion thereby leaving many litigants with a sense of hope. Common phrases for the court clerk reviews: 'incredibly helpful and supportive 'and 'went over and beyond expectations'.
