Worst property management company. They bought our building a year ago and have turned it into a dump. We have some useless idiot that spends most of his time on his phone instead of cleaning. Honestly do not rent here the management very rude. They don't answer the phone. Stay away these idiots want to raise rent 5.5 percent and they haven't done shit to make the building any better.
Provided all my information required, was approved for a unit in Hamilton, had all the utilities in my name, content insurance payed for, 10 days before occupancy I get email saying unit is unavailable, then 1 excuse after another, nothing makes sense and I’m left homeless with my disabled child living in my car as of March First 2023
