Founded in 2003, Hawthorn Woods Care Community is located in a conservation area in east Brampton. Its 160 residents (private or shared rooms) may select air-conditioned common areas. Available for our 150 long-term and ten convalescent residents, we also have music and horticultural therapies, Internet Wi-Fi, and a monthly cultural meal for residents and families. Cultural lunches are also offered monthly. There is a pond with turtles, fish, and six bird types. Hawthorn Woods stands out for its developed palliative and physiotherapy care, in addition to our nursing rehabilitation program.
