Woodhall Park Care Community

Our Location and Community Information Woodhall Park Care Community is named after the Woodhall family, who developed the property. The community is centrally situated in Brampton with easy access to Highway 410. We offer 147 spacious beds, and we provide free assisted living, long-term care, and memory and specialty care. We also have an intergenerational pen pal programme and various specialised therapies, such as music, art, and pet therapy. Woodhall Park residents enjoy extensive community programmes and educational sessions. Proudly part of the Woodhall Park community, we have collaborated with the William Osler Hospital, the local religious and spiritual communities, and the volunteer community. The Resident Ambassador Programme allows residents to take on roles in the home that are based upon their talents and interests (e.g. Horticultural Advisor or Program Promoter). Air conditioning is available in all resident rooms and common areas.
