This can involve providing notary services for documents used out of Canada or Ontario. No language restrictions, use any language, even a foreign one. The Notary for identification purposes may ask you to provide any government issued a photo ID document, such as driver's license, passport, permanent resident cards, citizenship certificates, or another document bearing your photograph. The event’s full name and the witness (if any) must appear on the document accompanied by the photograph. Signature witnessing: The law requires that the signer must be physically present before the notary to sign. If the document needs an additional witness, come with one. If you can’t, we can assist you in arranging for an additional witness.
