Reliable The Aura House is a wellness-focused studio/retail space in Downtown Brampton that provides classes in yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. On February 15, 2020, Lisa jotted down what would become the four pillars of The Aura House on a cuecard that would serve as a bookmark. The idea of The Aura House was unimaginable at the time. Things started to come together once the principles were written down. It would be wonderful to have a place where we could put all these principles into practice, within our community. A studio became available in April, and The Aura House has been happily housed at The Old Shoe Factory, Downtown Brampton, since July.
