Ever since I attended my trial class a few months ago, I have become absolutely obsessed with daily TMF workouts. It’s hard not to: the workouts are different every day; they are as challenging or as scalable as you want to make them for your fitness level; they are conducted by exceptionally knowledgeable and inspirational coaches who not only kick your butt, but also genuinely care about your individual fitness goals (and struggles); and they’re shared with super friendly and encouraging fellow gym members.
TMF is a brilliant community gym – you must give it a try and you will soon be like me: either at a TMF class, on the way to join a TMF class, or thinking about going to your next TMF class!
