Come to Yoga4U Studio Brampton, a place offering therapy- Reiki healing discipline in Canada where we have advanced our 500hr level. It is an international level accredited yoga and Reiki studio, offering Reiki therapy, yoga, and teaching besides selling yoga equipment. We offer yoga certification, touching your body, mind, and soul at its roots.
The foundation is important, as is Asana. Asana is believed to be the most important initial part of Hatha Yoga. It helps in achieving stability in the body and calmness of mind. It prevents disease and provides lightness to the limbs. This allows all other yoga levels to be practiced, giving the body flexibility, mobility, and strength.
Yoga4U gives healing and balance in your daily life by yogic practice. Reiki is provided in the studio, and we offer Reiki Usui level 1, 2, 4, and Master classes for certification. This will allow you to live at all levels of the universe. This will bring a positive aura that will leave you refreshed from your first step. The studio provides a warm environment that will relax you, and you may end up sleeping by the end of the session.
