I had been turned down right away from a previous broker I had been working with. I found HQ through a google search, wanting to find a broker up north where the property was that I was looking to buy. From the first phone call, Rico left me feeling validated, hopeful and confident that if there was a way to make it happen, he would find it....well he did!! After that, Josee and Cassandra took care of all the paperwork and made sure my financials were in order and sent off to the lender. It was all done so efficiently, professionally, and caringly. Every phone call I made with questions I was met with such warmth and willingness to answer questions and they were able to calm my worries. This is the best experience I could have ever envisioned. I highly recommend HQ Mortgages wherever you are, I'm in Southern Ontario and this did not affect the service, promptness or anything else. I cannot say enough about this team!!
