Shanti Estate Law was established in 2015 and will be located at Passages Eco-Conscious Burial and Cremation Inc. in Guelph in 2020. At Shanti Estate Law, our mission is to provide compassionate and customized service and expertise to our clients based on their specific and detailed needs and desires. This document, sometimes called your Last Will and Testament, will detail your final instructions. Your possessions will be included, and you will dictate who will have your nickname. A Will is a legal document that states your last intentions. It also specifies the guardianship of your children if you are unable to. The settlement of a deceased person's affairs is known as Estate Administration. Estate Administration is often broken down into four parts. This is done when the dead left a Will. We shall be doing all of this if your loved one passed away without a Will, and we shall do it according to the law. In both cases, you may need to apply for the appointment of an estate trustee.
