Andrew was born in Kingston. Andrew graduated valedictorian from KCVI. Andrew attained President’s List Honors from University of King’s College before getting his Juris Doctor degree from Queen’s University Faculty of Law. Andrew volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and the Queen’s Legal Aid Clinics. Andrew taught undergrads in the Queen's University ‘Introduction to Law’ course. Andrew represented Queen's University Faculty of Law at the Walsh Family Law Moot. Andrew then began his practice as an associate at two family and estates law boutiques in downtown Toronto. Andrew returned to Kingston in 2019 to continue his legal practice. In his former life, Andrew worked in childcare and youth leadership before becoming a lawyer. Andrew enjoys reading and listening to podcasts on a variety of subjects. For example, Andrew has listened to all oral arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court since they started publishing them online. Andrew was a yoga instructor. Andrew is the co-chair of the Frontenac Law Association’s Continuing Legal Education Committee. Andrew also holds the York University Osgoode Hall Law School Certificate in Family Law Practice. Andrew is an associate of the Law Society of Ontario and of the Frontenac Law Association sections on Wills, Estates and Family Law.
