It's been over forty years since Richard Cooper, an exceptional visionary, founded Cooper Lawyers. Richard foresaw a law firm that would buck the trend. He wanted his shop to be known as the firm that jumps through hoops for clients. Richard is most assuredly this legacy.
Now, our law firm is known for our vibrant and fun culture, with five outstanding lawyers, five hardworking clerks, and great support staff. For forty-plus years, we have dished out our notary services to the public, administering oaths, declarations, you name it, for local and foreign individuals and businesses. Bear in mind that we offer both civil and common-law notary services.
