About this business

Child will receive comfort and safety while in water through play interactions with the parent or caregiver. Parent or caregiver should at least be twelve years old and actively participate in the learning process. Please check the swimming schedule to know when the pool near you is open. Swimming prices vary depending on participants' age, and you pay based on your number. We offer BE U Swims, specially for transgender and non-binary people plus their friends to use our pool in an inclusive, safe, and welcoming environment. BE U Swims will allow for more privacy, and all swimming clothes will be allowed and access to change rooms will be available. Swimming time is set aside for members of the transgender and non-binary communities. This also includes their families, friends, and allies. The swim has been segmented to accommodate lane swimmers and those who enjoy water walking or swimming at a slow pace. We have adopted a swim test standard in our pools to determine if members can swim. The test can be used together with the Wristband Identification Program.

Reviews Summary

User feedback mostly focus on the excellent service of peoples loved Melanie.,from the customer service staff and the reassuring the mom with a kid who was scared and is impatient. The swimming lessons also rate 5 star, but the only issue is the limitation of private lesson slots suggestion, affecting the recreational swimming facility. Most people agree that it is a sanitary and adequately staffed place with warm water so it is a great place for an after-work swim. Some people even do knee injury treatment in aquafit classes. The venue is great for kids and old people who are trying to learn to swim and practice. There are some families that that bring their infant kids and it is a great thing for them because the water is warmed to a high amount. But some people break the rules and use the spa after having sex. They leave a mess in some instances, but an employee assured one user that the incidents are usually under investigation. Staff also said that the filter is enough to keep it in check so it is not advisable.
