KW Sauna is situated in the heart of Kitchener. KW Sauna's mission is to create a place of wellness where mind, body, and soul can be rejuvenated and re-energized. Relax and free yourself from stress in our steam room, Finnish sauna, Infrared Saunas, Russian Banya, or Cold Water Barrel. In our relaxation areas and cafeteria, choose from a variety of relaxation options. Each of our saunas has a unique climate and offers a holistic approach to spa care, encompassing all aspects of relaxation and enjoyment. Our cafeteria is located on the 2nd floor and serves light snacks and beer. Unfortunately, the massage service is currently unavailable. Please check back later for any updates.
