Sur Dhaara Music Academy

Neha is an artist and performer. She hails from a family deeply involved in music. Neha has been singing since the age of three. Music is in her blood. Neha went on to study under Pt. Hareshchandra Bhavsar and received formal training in Hindustani Classical Music. She excelled in music, earning six gold medals for her proficiency in music after completing her Bachelor of Music. Neha set up Sur Dhara Academy to push Indian music and culture within North American South Asian communities. Music tells a lot about our roots and culture. It brings us back to our heritage and birthplace—or anywhere in the world. Music defies all borders. It makes us forget our social standing, position, and possessions. Our love for our traditional music and our commitment to it should endure through our current and future generations.
