Eric Seaman earned his B.A. in 2005 from the University of Guelph and his Bachelor of Laws in 2008 from the University of Western Ontario. He worked as a Community Legal Services worker during Law School and participated in several courses focusing on Criminal and Constitutional Law. He was exposed to many different areas of law during his Articling, but it was Criminal law that sparked his interest the most. In 2009, he was licensed to practice law in the Law Society of Upper Canada. He started working as a lawyer right away and has been working at The Behr Law Firm ever since. He has appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Review Board. He visits frequently to London's special treatment courts, which include the Youth Therapeutic Court (Adult Therapeutic Court), Drug Treatment Court (Drug Treatment Court), and Adult Therapeutic Court (Youth Therapeutic Court). He is a member of the Middlesex Law Association. We help with the following Federal and Provincial Legislations: Criminal Code of Canada (from impaired Driving to Homicide).
