ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

About the Founder of NutritionRx The founder of NutritionRx is Jennifer Broxterman, who opened the company in 2010. As the company's head registered dietitian, she has a mission to inspire healthy eating habits, shift mindsets, and develop strong community support systems. Her ability to genuinely improve the lives of thousands of clients through the years has afforded her some referrals and secondary clients, making her widen her client base and grow her team by recruiting like-minded registered dietitians (RDs). Clients range from ‘regular’ people to Olympic and NHL hockey players. Jennifer was a professor of Foods and Nutrition at Western University, where she received the highly competitive Excellence in Teaching award. She writes about nutrition and conducts research for Precision Nutrition. She is also the creator of Two-Brain Nutrition Coaching course. Jennifer has a sporty background: she was a dual-varsity rower, hockey athlete, and four-time CrossFit National Champion.

SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

NutritionRx's reviews predominantly indicate positive feedback from clients. The users appreciate the personalized attention and supportive and non-judgmental approach they received from the dieticians. The positive and encouraging environment, focus on practical modifications to daily routine, and psychological aspects involved in habit formation were additionally lauded. Jen and other instructors are lauded for helping clients develop new habits and re-thinking nutritional choices. Many customers discuss the long-term impacts and changes in how they view diet and eat, which has had a significantly positive effect on them. NutritionRx is an excellent choice for certain consumers who have complicated dietary scenarios, such as recovery from medical procedures or treating chronic diseases. Despite their expertise, one theme of the comments is that they and their clients collaborate, discuss, and formulate tailored ideas, receiving actionable information suitable for these unique situations. Nutritional changes and the resulting feelings, as well as the physical health improvement and ease of choosing food being mention in some reviews. The program's costs have been previously noted for some complexity as a potential disadvantage, but it is unmistakably popular with clients seeking dietary guidance.
