What a disgrace of a company! Zero customer service....could care less about doing the right thing.
They were tasked with picking up my product in Chicago, Illinois and delivering it to Gaspe, Que. They mistakenly delivered it to Burnaby, BC (5300km off target). It was then routed to Quebec. Something completely different was delivered to my client and my product has now been "missing in Canada" for 24 days now.
I only gave one star as there is no option for a zero star
TST very unprofessional, they never deliver on time, not recommended.
